Amber Monroe, the Founder & CEO of Monroe Concierge has a desire and passion to see diverse and talented employees in Customer Success elevate their skills and become executive leaders who confidently lead Customer Success functions within their organizations. With the launch of Monroe Concierge, LLC we will not only offer consulting services, but we will offer training/development on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging topics, emerging customer success leadership topics, customer success best practices, and offer hiring kits to help you hire and retain diverse Customer Success talent.

Amber Monroe

Monroe Concierge, LLC desires to be the Customer Success consulting firm of choice for the healthcare industry. Amber has over 15 years in healthcare and first-hand professional experience building Customer Success departments from the ground-up in multiple organizations. Amber spent half her career in Revenue Cycle Management and transitioned into the technology industry with a focus of partnering with organizations making innovative waves in the market. After working at a variety of different companies, Amber realized there was a greater opportunity to deliver value at a greater scale to more people. After consulting on the side for many years, Amber decided to launch Monroe Concierge, LLC.

We aim to make a greater impact to improving organizational culture and the employee experience which is why we are so committed to helping support company-wide strategic initiatives in this area.” 

Amber is passionate about DEIB initiatives and is the founding member of the Women of MU Healthcare Employee Resource Group, serving as the ERG Chair while she worked at MU Health Care. This ERG centered around empowering women in their healthcare careers. Amber now serves as an active member of IDEAL for healthcare, which focuses on catalyzing women in healthcare by promoting upward visibility and mobility & and an active member of Latinas in Tech, which focuses on connecting, supporting, and empowering Latina women working in technology. Amber has been able to transform company-wide culture by helping to create more inclusive work environments and has a proven track record to back it up.  

In Amber’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy and her two daughters, Aurora and Mya, along with her mini-dachshund, Max.
